They just keep doing what they have always done.
This is a one-day deep dive into the behavioural patterns that shape others' perceptions of your authority. You complete the Mindclip Behaviour Survey before the day. The results stay closed until the morning — we open them together, once you have the frame to understand what you are looking at.
No lectures. No slides. No theory you forget on the drive home. Structured peer work in groups of four, honest feedback, and real behaviour change — in a setting that makes it possible to go deep.

Arrival. Coffee. Settle in. A private house, not a conference room. Eight people, no distractions

How behaviour is read. Why first impressions form in seconds. How people decide, fast, whether they find you believable. How you shift under stress and in conflict — and how all of this shows up in your behaviour style. Role rotation in small groups of four: practise, observe, feedback

Opening your Mindclip results. You see your individual behavioural profile for the first time — now with the frame to understand what you are looking at. Where self-perception matches reality, where it does not

Lunch. Informal. The discussion continues

Targets and challenges. What does your profile tell you about the authority gap? Where are the repeating behaviours that undermine you — hedging, qualifying, apologising, waiting for permission, making yourself smaller

The Authority Shift. Rewrite your narrative. Practise saying who you are, what you have achieved, and why people should listen — without hedging, without apologising. Peer feedback. Iteration. Say it again

Your plan. Your 90-day Authority Shift plan, written in the room: three patterns to stop, three behaviours to try, checkpoints at 30, 60, and 90 days

Closing circle. Each person shares one commitment. The group holds you to it
